At the beginning of the year, we launched our client survey 2022. For 6 weeks our clients had the opportunity to provide feedback on some planned system enhancements and their satisfaction with our Service and Support. In total we asked 19 questions part of which were scored questions.
We used a 5-point scale for our closed questions based on proposed new features and Service and Support Satisfaction levels (with 5 being very important and 1 being not important at all and for questions on features and being very satisfied and 1 and being very unsatisfied for Service and Support levels respectively).
We also asked a number of open questions including whether the respondents would recommend the deltaconX service to others.
We are delighted to report that 100% of the respondents stated that they would recommend the deltaconX solution to other firms. We are incredibly proud of this result and aim to continue to improve and develop our Regulatory Reporting services to pay back the trust our clients have in us.
We presented 4 planned new features, The fact that 3 out of 4 of these features were rated at a score of 4 and higher demonstrated we were planning developments that customer demand and approval. These new features are now included in our roadmap for the next 12-18 months.
Our clients had the chance to provide us with their satisfaction level on the overall service, the Customer Support, the Customer Relations Management and the quality and performance of the platform. The average rating was 4.5 out of 5, confirming the excellent quality of our services. This is very encouraging, and we will continue invest in our team and services with the aim to further improve this rating in next year’s survey.
The high scoring on the proposed features and the results from the satisfaction rating shows our continued dedication to deliver best in class services coupled with our strong expertise in technology and regulatory reporting.
