This agreement will enable deltaconX’s global regulatory reporting clients to directly access Kaizen’s proprietary accuracy testing and compliance assurance services. The combined proposition will check the accuracy of all of an organisation’s reported data, assess the effectiveness of firms’ governance and control frameworks, and identify any gaps they might have in meeting the regulator’s transaction reporting obligations. This independent ‘Health Check’ on transaction reporting arrangements will ensure that organisations continue to meet the standards required across a wide range of financial regulations, EMIR-EU & EMIR-UK, MiFIR-EU & MiFIR-UK (ARM & APA), SFTR-EU & SFTR-UK, MAS etc., this is particularly relevant as organisations prepare for the upcoming wide ranging and fundamental changes across global regulations.
