The UK EMIR final Go Live date has been confirmed

The 30^th of September 2024 is the date the new RTS will come into being in the UK, 4 months after the corresponding event in Europe.

So, we now know the official ‘gap’ period if you are complying with both EMIR and UK versions of EMIR.
